Mountain Guide Trek & Expedition Pvt. Ltd. is a trustworthy and registered Company according to the tourism act of Nepal and we accept your booking under the following terms and conditions.

01. Payment and Refund Policy
When you confirmed your trip, we need with scanning a copy of one photograph, a photocopy of your passport, and a 20% down payment of the total price for advance domestic flight tickets and hotel booking and permit process. Bank service charges should be paid by the clients themselves at the time of deposit. To secure a place, a 20% non-refundable down payment is required to make in advance as per the company policy.

03. Last Minute Booking
We accept last-minute booking (07 days before the tour starting date, Only available for Nepal Trips. Please contact us to check out availability), However, we don't accept Last Minute Booking for any Bhutan, India, China, and Tibet trips.

04. Supplement Charge
On our holiday tour/trek packages, rooms or tents are provided on a twin-sharing basis. So, a single room supplement charge will be imposed on a client who does not have another tour participant to share a room/tent with.

05. Incomplete Tour
No refund will be made to clients who drop out from the journey regardless of whatever portions remain unused in the itinerary.

06. Unforeseen status
If Mountain Guide Trek Pvt. Ltd. cancels your trip thanks to unforeseen circumstances like war, natural disasters, conflict, unfavorable climate, etc., we would be happy to refer you alternative trip of a similar standard. Even if this doesn't fit your interest, all monies paid by you to our company will be refunded. But remember, any other expenses incurred by you as a result of this booking are entirely your responsibility.

07. Risk & Responsibility
Your safety and enjoyment is our prime concern. We carry out our responsibility honestly & sincerely to ensure your wonderful holiday time as well as you have desired. However, unless your trip may be changed under uncertain times such as landslides, road blockage, flood, snow political unrest, cancellation of flight, delayed arrival, sickness or accidents, etc. Any extra cost incurring there is your responsibility and should be borne on the spot.

08. Impact on your journey
We put us every effort to ensure comfortable traveling yours, but it must understand that what you might be accustomed to in the western affluent countries, the Himalayan countries may not afford such facilities. Weather is another factor that may directly impact your journey. Thus, patience in mind, enthusiasm, and proper preparation before head is a must to venture on a journey.

09. Travel Insurance
You should purchase a comprehensive travel insurance package against medical, natural calamity, helicopter evacuation, personal accident, trip cancellation, etc. This is strongly suggested to all our esteemed clients.

10. Tour/Trekking Amendment
To make alterations to any tour/trekking itinerary, prior notice is requested. You are advised to stay in touch with us thus. But occasionally, you may be thankful to do so en route under certain circumstances for instance bad weather, etc…

11. Your personal belongings
During tour/trekking our team crews will do their best to keep your luggage safe. However, in case of any loss or damage of your luggage or property belongings when shouldered by porters, ponies, or vehicles; our company will not be responsible for the loss. To cover such a hazard, you are advised to purchase comprehensive insurance.

12. Papers & Documents
All necessary documents should be presented in sequence for example to issue visas, necessary permits, etc. We are not accountable in case of any trip formality not completed in time before the trip departs in the absence of essential papers and documents.

13. Flight Delay / Cancellation
There is virtually a possibility of flight delay or postponement for notorious weather in Himalayan regions which could be happened, in particular, in the Everest region (Lukla), Jomsom, Dolpo, Simikot, and Jumla region, etc.

Trekking in the remote areas or in as described above, especially during odd season, you're highly advised to reserve extra days to prepare for some delays and avoid frustrating consequences. In case of flight cancellation pre-tour/post-tour, you need to meet your accommodation and food costs yourself.
